Sawing
Prior to obtaining optimum and accurate cutting process, NC types Bandsaw were used for cutting of raw material and sawing process for precision product.
Oxy-Fuel / Plasma Profile Cutting
Profile cuttings of raw material, we were equipped with CNC type Oxy Fuel & Plasma gantry type cutting machine with table travelling length up to 9m by 3m width. Cutting capacity range from 1mm thickness up to 100mm plate thickness.
Conventional Milling
Before computerizing machining process, we also manufacture our product with conventional milling machine to reduce lead time and setup time. Conventional machine on our site comprises of heavy horizontal milling & vertical milling machines.
CNC Turning/ Lathe
For machining of cylindrical items, we used CNC turning/ lathe machines equipped with computerized servo motor and control numerical controller to machine precision cylindrical item with backlash accuracy up to 3 microns.
CNC Milling
One of the main production section in our site, which is the CNC Milling machines that ranges from Double Column Bridge type, Vertical G-type and the latest 4+1 axis CNC milling machines. Capacity of up to (6meter X 3meter X 1.5meter H) Double Column CNC to high speed 10,000 rpm and 4+1 multiple faces machining process, nothing is too big or small for us to machines and manufacture.
Bending
As part of fabrication process, bending is the process of plates & material folding using hydraulic pressure press. We have the capability of bending up to 20mm thickness steel plates with a 500 tonnes NC hydraulic press brake machine.
